Dr. Marie Legault is a leadership and organizational consultant, facilitator, and executive coach, with over 25 years of experience in human capital and organizational development.

She has worked with global leadership and organizational consulting firms, and has supported public and private organizations in diverse sectors attain their business objectives. Some of the projects she worked on and led include, culture transformation, learning architectures and leadership journeys creation, succession planning, leadership and coaching programs design and delivery, strategic leadership facilitation, and executive and team coaching.

Marie offers integrated solutions that foster innovative and agile leadership. She facilitates learning and transformative practices that accelerate the developmental process and optimize performance in uncertain, complex, and volatile environments. She coaches and supports leaders and executive teams as they develop on three leadership levels – personal, organizational, and systemic – to become more self-aware and adaptive.

Marie is a dynamic bilingual (English and French) speaker and has written articles for various publications. She has a Masters and Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training, a Bachelor of Commerce, an Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate, and a Professional Training and Development Certificate.
