Dr. Karen Yeyinmen is a transformative educator, developmental coach, and organizational consultant who combines practical insights from two decades of industry experience with deep knowledge of research-based models to create custom development solutions that radically transform leaders, teams and organizations.
She works with forward-thinking companies to assess leadership capabilities and create dynamic, integrative development solutions that unleash next-level strategic capacities. Her solutions and support have improved business and development practices at Novartis, Fidelity, Abt Associates, Sevita Health, Royal Bank of Canada, UAW-Ford, UAW-Chrysler, and other global organizations.
As a certified global leadership coach and managing principle of her own consulting practice, Aquiry Partners, Karen assists clients to identify and address gaps between their aspired and lived leadership practices as a means of unlocking value in their teams and organizations. Her applied understanding of transformative leadership practice has earned her speaking engagements at professional learning communities including Certified Financial Advisor Association of New York (CFANY) and Adaptive Leadership Alumni Conference.
Karen currently teaches graduate courses on change leadership at Woods College of Advancing Studies at Boston College. Her published works appear in business and academic press including the Practitioner’s Handbook of Team Coaching and the Journal of Human Rights Education. She has served as editor and editorial board co-chair for the Harvard Educational Review.
She earned her EdD in human development and education from Harvard University, her MBA inorganizational studies from Boston College and her BA in psychology from Brown University.
