Ira Morris is a Chartered Psychologist, leadership advisor and organization development (OD) facilitator. Previously, Ira led the regional Leadership and OD function at Genzyme, a pioneering global biotech company. As an executive coach affiliated with APECS he works with STEM and ‘expert’ executives to enable them to become more agile and adaptive. He also partners with leaders and their teams to manage the challenges associated with change and growth. Ira led a project to better understand the process by which physicians make their choices about which medication to prescribe. Originally from Chicago, Ira has lived and worked in North America and Europe.
